Anastasiia has been engaged in civic sector for more than 5 years. Also she’s a member of the National Scouting organization “Plast”. During her path, she has been coordinating several projects for youth in difficult life circumstances and/or living in rural areas, people with disabilities and families who are temporarily displaced because of war.

While studying she spent one semester under Erasmus+ program in European Humanities University in Vilnius, Lithuania and participated in various Erasmus+ trainings on human rights advocacy, diversity and inclusion, emotional intelligence, school of leadership & project management organized by UNICEF, and program “Youth is changing the Ukraine ”.

Currently working as a project manager in Charitable organization “Diia.My” Anastasiia helping communities in Lviv Region become comfortable for everyone.

All her adult life she was willing to make society a safe place for everyone and work with protection of human rights and the full-scale invasion of Russia in her homeland gave her confidence her choice.

“Youth is our future so it has to be heard. This program for me is a way to make sure that the voices of young Ukrainians will be counted on places of their residence, in their communities. Moreover, SCO’s in 4 communities will gain skills on implementation of projects specifically designed for youth.” – Anastasiia Bochan
