PROJECT: Content Creators for Democracy

Jubo Beridzishvili is a Civic Tech and Community Building projects lead at ForSet – a data-driven CSO based in Tbilisi. He works in two directions: empowering civil society with tech and building a community of data-passionate changemakers. Prior to joining ForSet, Jubo analyzed political influence operations and micro-targeted mis- & disinformation campaigns at ISFED. His research on “TikTok – Emerging Propaganda Ecosystem” marked the first attempt in the country to study pre-election propaganda on TikTok. Jubo is a Swedish Institute Alumni and holds an MA in Global Politics and Societal Change from Malmö University.

“Being chosen as the EaP Civil Society Fellow is a great honour. Creating a practice to advocate for democracy via content creators – this 8-month initiative that includes components of research, community building, and storytelling campaigns promises to be an exciting journey” – Jubo BERIDZISHVILI.
