PROJECT: Dynamic Youth Centre – Empowered Society

Maia Khutsishvili is a dedicated youth worker with a commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of young people in the local community of Borjomi. Her journey of establishing the Borjomi Youth Center has been both challenging and incredibly rewarding, witnessing the transformation and growth of numerous local youths.

With over three years of active involvement in youth work, Maia has consistently strived to empower her peers. Her personal journey has seen her participate in various youth camps, programs, and projects and has taken 3 grants from different organizations. Her primary aspiration is to extend these opportunities to the young people of Borjomi.

Maia’s ultimate goal is to empower an active youth community where mutual support among young individuals opens the way to a brighter collective future. She believes that embracing failure as a stepping stone to success is a philosophy that can lead to remarkable achievements. Through this project, she aspires to change the perspective of at least 50 young minds, demonstrating that entrepreneurship, public speaking, and project creation are not as difficult as they may initially appear.
