Teona is an International Relations specialist with 6-year experience of working at the intersection of data, tech, and politics.

Teona is the co-founder of ForSet – a creative enterprise specializing in data communications using design and technology and co-organizer of DataFest Tbilisi – an annual international conference bringing together the data community from around the world to inspire and encourage, and create meaningful connections.

Teona is passionate about open data and freedom of information and is leading the civic-tech project – askgov.ge – that aims to strengthen activists, journalists and public authorities to advocate for more transparent and accountable governance with the help of technology.
