PROJECT: CSOs4ECC: CSOs for Effective Cross Sectoral Cooperation

Vigen has over 7 years of experience working in various private and non-profit organizations, specializing in project management, public policy development, and management within the public and non-governmental sectors. He holds a bachelor’s degree in public administration and a master’s degree in public policy from Yerevan State University. Currently, he is pursuing further studies at the International Institute of Project Management. Vigen’s professional interests encompass public administration, public policies, non-profit organization management, institutional development, and organizational evaluation.

In addition to his academic qualifications, Vigen has undergone training in methodologies such as the Organization Performance Index (OPI), Organization Development (OD), and Financial Sustainability Development (FSD) index. He also has hands-on experience in organizational evaluation, utilizing the PYD (Positive Youth Development) approach through the YPAT (Youth Programming Assessment Toolkit). He has actively participated in various local and international capacity-building, experience exchange programs and conferences within the field, including those organized by the German Cooperation/BMZ, Malmo University, SI (Svenska Institutet) and the Eurasia Partnership Foundation, among others. Vigen is also an alumnus of the Swedish Academy of Young Professionals and a certified trainer in Critical Thinking.

Fellowship Summary: The objective of the ‘CSOs4ECC’ Fellowship is to enhance cross-sectoral cooperation among CSOs and other local stakeholders(LSG, Private sector) in Tavush and Lori regions for more effective and impactful collaboration promoting locally-led/need-based operations, local ownership and sustainability.
